A project for Modern Bazar, a creative glass studio. Conceptualisation, design development, selection of colours and textures of glass were all part of the process. The project was done in affiliation with SKAID Designs- an architectural firm.

 

The client was very specific about the dome having features inspired from a peacock, elements formed with geomentric and organic forms sit well together to create this unique dome.

The colour interaction is quite interesting, the whole pattern is reflected onto the surface as the sun moves.

The process of development took five months and was developed by skilled craftsmen. The stained glass panels are protected with Saint Gobains toughened glass- laminated 6mm + 6mm on the inside and 12mm on the outside.
